TERMS OF SERVICE:
By commissioning me (or by receiving a free rig) you agree to the following:I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION/CHARITY RIG FOR ANY REASONPayment:
- Full payment is required up front before a commission is started.
- Payment will be accepted with PayPal in USD only via invoice.
- Payment plans can be negotiated. Any change to the plan must be agreed upon.
- If there are problems with the payment plan, the rigging process will be paused for up to 3 months before being cancelled and refunded.
- No chargebacks or disputes. Refunds must be agreed upon in order to be legitimate.Timeline:
- Models will be completed and delivered within 3-5 months (depending on complexity) of payment
- If a model cannot be delivered in this time and the client would like to cancel, they will receive a full refund
- If the client has a deadline sooner than 3 months, a rush fee is applied (See: Extra Fees)
- Updates are not on a set schedule, but clients can ask for them at any time and I will do my best to provide screenshots and videos as soon as possible. A Trello board detailing the progress on the models is available at all times, and the link is on this site.Refund Policy:
- Partial refunds will be issued based on the progress on the rigging at the time of cancellation.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued if the client does not provide accurate and helpful input, or if it has been more than 2 weeks since delivery
- 100% refunds are only possible in the case of artist cancellation, no work being done on the model at the time of cancellation, or the client's extreme dissatisfaction with the end result after ALL other refund criteria are met.Usage:
- Credit must be visible on all platforms the model is used.
- No commission may be used for NFT / AI art generation.
- The Live2D model files may not be resold or transferred to another party without permission.
- The use of a commission after a refund has been issued is not permitted.Extra Fees:
- Editable file available for a fee: +$200
- Private commission fee of +15%
- 2 month Rush Fee of +25%, 1 month Rush Fee of +50%
- Fees are not compounded.Charity Slots:
- Charity slots receive 1 base full body Live2D commission at no cost
- I will not provide art - client must have a fully cut PSD (bust and half body also accepted)
- Slots will be filled based on perceived need (Minority groups, economic status, PNGTubers, etc)
- While client socials will be checked to make sure they are legitimately a human being, I do not require evidence that the client is a minority and do not encourage any applicant to send any form of "evidence" to me. I will take clients at their word until given a reason not to.
- Current applicants are deleted at the end of the month and must reapply the next month
- Charity slots have a timeline of 3 months for the rigging process
- Charity slots are not able to be rushed or private. Add-ons can be negotiated, depending on circumstance and complexity.
- If you misrepresent yourself to gain a free rig or are using stolen art, your commission will be cancelled and you will be banned from reapplying.
- Duplicate entries for a single slot will not make me consider one application more than others so please don't spam it.
- Slots will open via Google Forms, which will be available on the main page of this site, and will be announced on my Twitter
